A 12 week plan, starting with a week of 30 seconds running and 1 minute walking. The running portion increases by 30 seconds each week. The gradual start will help you achieve your long term goals. |

Biggest Loser Challenge |
Also called the “Great Weight Loss Challenge”. This is our best program. Work with trainer Mat Reid and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. |

Adult Triathlon |
Learn all about triathlons under the guidance of 4-time National Triathlon Team Coach Mat Reid. Program includes daily workouts, a personalized training plan, and plenty of communication. |

Junior Triathlon |
Become a member of our junior squad and become the fittest you can be. Juniors race in 6-10 triathlons per year. Daily practices available. |

Child Triathlon |
For kids/parents looking for a healthy outlet to teach kids a balanced lifestyle of fitness. Coached by University national Team Triathletes. |

Kids Sports Conditioning |
For kids in other sports looking to x-train with running, plyometrics, flexibility, and calisthenics. Great for all kids to work on fitness. Coached by University National Team Triathletes. |

Swimming, for fitness or speed |
Work on swim technique with National Team Coach Mat Reid. Mat will create sets around your weaker areas of your stroke. Practices may be technique, aerobic or speed based depending on what areas the client needs to improve. |
